Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 avocado, pitted and scooped
  • 1 cup coconut water

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add the fresh spinach and coconut water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the diced mango, pineapple chunks, and avocado to the blender.
  3. Blend again until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie reaches a creamy consistency.
  4. Pour into a glass, garnish with a slice of pineapple or a sprinkle of coconut flakes if desired, and enjoy your refreshing Grüner Smoothie!
